RVCA Regulated Wetlands represent the Wetlands (including a 120m allowance) within the Section 28 - Development, Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourses Regulation (Ontario Regulation 174/06). These wetlands include Provincially Significant Wetlands (PSW) and other important RVCA wetlands.
